Basic rules
[vc_column_text]

– AUTHORSHIP

There is a maximum of 6 co-authors for each proposal. However, only one person may be responsible for presenting the work during the Congress, and by default, the Organization grants that role to the person who has registered the proposal. Any changes in this regard must be notified by email to the Congress Organization before September 23, 2020.

In order for all co-authors and co-authors to receive their certificate of participation they must register in the Congress.

If the principal author could not come to defend his work, no one from the Organization or another member of the panel or the public can present his communication. Only a co-author registered in the Congress may submit a work instead of the principal author, as it would be the only person other than the author capable of discussing the results of said work.

The delivery of the certificate of participation in the Congress (whether with panels, oral communications, posters, audiovisuals, workshops or special formats) is subject to the author or co-author submitting their proposal in person, within the  program of the Congress. Virtual presentations will not be accepted in any case, nor presentations read by other people who are not authors or co-authors of these (presentation certificates will not be issued in these cases).

– LANGUAGES

Proposals may be submitted in the official languages of the Congress: Spanish and English.

– EVALUATION

Each work will be evaluated by double blind peer review x by a minimum of two members of the Scientific Committee, and in case of clear disparity in the evaluations, there will be a third blind evaluation carried out by a different member of the mentioned Committee.

– CERTIFICATES

Certificates of contributions will be issued individually only to those who have previously registered for the congress.
